Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:04] So I've gotten a couple questions as we've been going through this. And they're all a little bit different, but the thrust is, why did I start doing the bodybuilding thing? Why am I doing all these things? And then two of them asking how they can help. So, I thought it would be probably a solid idea to answer those questions. So, first of all, the how you can help. So we're building a community, the Wellness Insights Facebook group is going to be a place where we can all kind of get together and chat. So if you guys have not joined Wellness Insights, we talked to jump on Facebook. Jump on that one. But the biggest thing is just share all this stuff. I'm putting the information out because I know that a lot of people have been lied to about health and about how the body works. And so I was hoping that I could. Present. The research presents the physiology of how this stuff really works. And so the most important thing is that people hear about it. So get it out, share it with whoever you can. You know, just share it every day. Then just, you know, just click the share button and see if we can get people to, you know, get some more information.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:01:15] So the reason I started doing all the research was because people were coming in with issues that nobody else could fix, and they were relying on me to fix them, and I didn't have the information I needed and the information I was being given by society, by medical industry, and by everybody else didn't make sense to me. And so I wanted to understand it. And so I started waking up at 4 a.m.. Because the only time in the day I had to read. And I've done that now for a little over a decade, reading medical research and trying to figure out how everything kind of fits together. In the process of doing that. I've learned that the vast majority of the things that people think. Basically the way they think the body works, the things I think they think makes them healthy and things like thatThe reason I started doing all the researchlive. And the issue is, is that if you go with what is acceptable, what people are talking about and what's being presented by the pharmaceutical industry and the, government and groups that are highly influenced by the money and the power from pharmaceuticals. You're going to get really bad advice. Advice is physiologically unsound. The advice that is damaging, and advice that will keep you sick longer.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:02:40] And I kept seeing this over and over again, and I kept thinking, well, you know, some of this chemistry is complex. And, you know, maybe they trying to explain it. And I got lost in translation. And then I figured out how easy it was to fix diabetes and how much money diabetes makes, the medical industry. And then when I got, as they started figuring out how to fix addiction and PTSD and mental health, and how sideways we were on that, that's when I kind of started figuring out that all this information that's been researched and found out, if it is not financially beneficial for me, for pharmaceuticals, it is suppressed. The solutions are made illegal. And. Basically your health, your wellbeing and the well-being of your friends. Your family, is. Completely irrelevant to the powers that be. And those powers are driven by pharmaceutical interests. And you know, the more we see it, the more obvious it is. You know, like I've been banned from YouTube. I can't post on YouTube anymore because if I say anything that disagrees with the W.H.O. or the CDC, I get banned. And. That's where a lot of the misinformation is coming from. You know, we've talked about how calories in, calories out is made up. Nonsense. I think to basically confuse people because the weight loss industry is a giant industry, and they're trying to keep how a body actually works under wraps, because it's really easy to cut fat, to build muscle if you know the chemistry. Testosterone was made illegal.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:17] That's one of the number one things for depression. But what really kind of set me off was, I did a Ted talk on using cannabis instead of opioids. And in the process, you know, I learned a bunch of stuff about cannabis, and realized how safe it was, how unbelievably effective it was. Anxiety, depression, pain. But how? It's a sight. It's a light psychedelic. And how really beneficial, if used properly. It can be. So after I did my Ted talk, one of my business partners, Jason, was giving me grief about it. He was like, hey, he's like, you figured out how to fix the pain part, because if you can just figure out how to fix the addiction part of the opioid epidemic, you got this whole thing fixed. And everybody here laughs. It's funny. So of course I had to go start researching addiction and PTSD. So I was actually researching addiction. And what I found out was that we've known how to fix addiction, PTSD, depression, anxiety since the 60s. With psychedelics, psilocybin, surgical acid, which is, I would say, amazing results, if you use properly. So. What happened was that we had all this research being done in the middle, 60, 65, 66, 67. Unbelievable results.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:05:37] And then they figured out that most people would be able to grow enough psilocybin in their garage for a couple of hundred bucks a year, that they wouldn't need pharmaceuticals. And so they made all all psychedelics illegal. And they went out with a massive campaign, smear campaign against them talking about how horrible they are and how unsafe they are and how, you know, they kill you and make you crazy and also things and not none of that research and that none of that, none of that is true. But what it would do is it would massively detract or take away from the income and the money that pharmaceuticals had. SSRI don't work. We've known that the single, the what we call the monoamine theory, just raising serotonin, just raising dopamine, just raising Gaba doesn't really do a whole lot for the vast majority of people. And it's it's roughly the same as a placebo effect. And we knew that basically going at but they use it for ten years because they were just hoping that nobody would figure it out. That's the issue we're at. So. As we started. As I started figuring this out, we started watching people get unbelievably better. The PTSD is basically a, a nervous system issue, sympathetic parasympathetic, shunt issue where you get stuck in sympathetic and, the, using high dose psychedelics like ketamine or psilocybin or high sugar. It raises all of the neurotransmitters up really high and kind of. Set you back to default. And so we can push away this sympathetic escape and call everybody down. And that's how we break PTSD.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:07:24] Some people need 1 or 2 sessions. Some people need ten. But the results are long lasting and they're phenomenal. You know, I've had people tell me, you know, I know what my guns taste like. Because they've all been in my mouth type of things. I've had people tell me that, you know, the cocaine when I tell me something, that they were so addicted to cocaine that they were crying about their addiction to cocaine while doing cocaine, they had zero power to stop. They did a session of ketamine, and for years, they haven't even. They had zero desire to touch from, like they got done with their ketamine. I think what they did a month and they went from horribly addicted to no more addiction and less than a month. That kind of information needs to get out. People are paying $50,000 a month for Betty for not getting any better. You can do the same things for, you know, almost nobody. You know, you're looking at anywhere from 5 to 7 grand. And within a week, ten days, you know, sometimes six weeks. It's gone. That information needs to get out. That's why I started the charity.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:08:34] And I'm dedicated enough to it that any of the supplementation that you guys buy from pillars of wellness, the money from that goes to my charity to help first responders and veterans. It was supposed to be just veterans beginning. And I was working with a guy who's a veteran and who's a first responder, and he told me he is. You've really got to open this up to the first responders. And I was like, really? Why? And he goes, well, I've been in combat. And he has. Honestly, his combat was kind of fun. He was like, I didn't get any PTSD from combat. And he was like, it was a good time. Here's where I got my PTSD. Was being a firefighter in California and seeing the kids that are killed and seeing the kids that are burnt out fishing, the kids are seeing pools and seeing, you know, the women and, you know, people who were just burnt up and killed in car wrecks music. That's where I got mine. And I started talking to more and more first responders, police, fire, paramedics. I found out that it's substantial. And so that's why we opened up. That's why we're doing everything for not only veterans, but for first responders. And the goal is that as we get enough money in to start training these people, we're going to do more and more podcast with them, and we're gonna post those that, tree of life help.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:09:46] And as everything starts kind of coming up, we we're going to get more and more information and we're going to see these guys who are really, really bad get better. And my goal is that people start to wonder, hey, I have those same issues. I wonder if this will help me. Because we can use this. Again, we're going to we're having to push back against. We're going to fight against pharma. We're going to fight in the government. We're going to fight against all these guys to get information out. But it could really change mental health for the world. And that's, that's worth fighting for. So one of the things that we've had all these videos native, because I'm expecting people to pull these off of, you know, these videos down. YouTube's already done it. So Twitter or acts, we're looking at, you know, maybe that's got some freedom of speech in it. We're posting on Rumble. We're posting on, Trump says we're posting wherever people will take it, but we're keeping all these videos and we're put them on our Substack and that sort of thing, because a lot of this information needs to get out and it's being suppressed heavily.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:10:53] When I took me about four months to figure out how to fix Covid, I put that information out and it crushed my social media. You know, all those years got taken down the whole deal. So I did it in 2020. So imagine the protocol that I have. We've worked with a lot of people. We pulled them out of hospitals and, you know, they they couldn't breathe. Their oxygenation was 77, 80. Your pulse ox as they were we were carrying them in. And we give them this, we give them the solution, the quinine solution. We put them in the hyperbaric chamber and ten minutes later they were fine. We did and we do lots of times, we try to get that information out that was suppressed. So that's kind of where we're at. Like, if you could figure out how to fix depression, addiction, mental illness, you know, Covid, if you, if you could help, you know, if you have people with or diabetes, you know, it takes three days to fix. Super easy. There's lots and lots of things. For instance, you know, some of that.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:11:54] So stem cells we're to talk about stem cells next week. I have to be extremely careful about what I say, because they will put you in jail if you tell the truth about stem cells. You have to do it in a very vague manner. And so I'm trying to figure out how I'm gonna talk about because I don't do very, very well. But this is the information we're trying to get out. So if you guys see this stuff and you're like, oh, that was interesting information, it might be interesting to you, and it might be the thing that helps somebody save a life. I will tell you that there are people who are going to commit suicide because they don't get the information about psychedelics soon enough. That is 100% going to happen. Someone today will kill themselves because they didn't know that there was a way out. And that's that's that's the reality of where we're at. That's not. Well, I'm not exaggerating at all. So share this information. Get this stuff out.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:12:43] The diet stuff, some of the bodybuilding stuff is fine. You know, it's a great way to raise awareness and to show, like. Yeah, I actually do know what I'm talking about. Body. The research is good. Everything's. Everything's fine. But we also have to understand that there are people who are in misery, abject, total misery right now because they don't have the information that they need to have to get better. And a lot of it is here's how the body works. Maybe it's expensive for the first six, eight weeks, and then it's a whole lot cheaper because it's maintenance is just how the body works. Chemicals in, chemicals out. Good. Chemicals in. Bad. Chemicals out.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:13:16] So if we can get this information to people, you know, I think it'll help a lot of people. That's that's the whole reason why we're doing this. You know, I'm not necessarily naming brands. I'm not necessarily telling you, you know, I get it from us or this sort of thing. It's just physiology. It's just information. I'll tell you the supplements I use because I'm super picky about myself, but there's a, there's a chemical and a a quantum resonance field strength that I require for my supplements for me to take them. And so there's some if I have the ones I give my kids, the ones I use for my patients, the ones I personally take. So yeah, there's lots of other supplements out there that are good. Dawn's a great brand. PR I think some decent stuff.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:13:56] You know, life extension is actually good stuff, but there's a lot of bad supplements out. So, you know, it's unfortunate, but that's kind of where we're at. So we're just trying to get information out so people can have it. The people are going to start asking questions. People can start, you know, digging into things and maybe figuring out how to help themselves in their family. So if you guys can share, this would be a great help. And that's more or less why we're doing it. So tree of life, dot health, pillars of wellness.com. It's kind of where everything is. So if you guys have questions, you know, drop in the comments, email us questions at Chalmers. Com. And we'll start to break some of this stuff through and kind of get where it needs to go. I don't know what you guys don't know. So if you guys have questions, ask and we'll just keep on going. But, I would also make sure to follow us on, Twitter because like I said, we keep seeing things suppressed, and pulled off so far where we're at. So I'll talk to you guys later. I'll see you guys a little bit later today. And, Max West and I are probably gonna do a live set at 530. That should be fun. So if you guys are, around, check that out. We'll be answering questions and stuff like that. So, I'll see you guys later today, and I'll see you hopefully at 530 central with, March 30th, sir. Thanks for your time.
