Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:05] I was able to do a podcast with Dr. Ardis a couple of days ago. That should go live early next week. Uh, it was a good time. Artists is a good guy. Um, we both talked about how, what we're doing with our spike protein detox. Um, We're, we're both, we were both attacking it kind of the same way, uh, detoxing everything out by blocking the spike protein on the receptor sites, uh, nicotine by research has shown to do really good at that. Um, you've got to kind of Put that into perspective. It's, you know, lower dose, like seven milligram. It helps knock the spike protein off the, uh, off the receptors and how flushes it out. Um, I added quinine to mine, but we also do when I do it, I do a parasitic detox and the whole thing. We talked about this a couple of days. Um, this is a big deal. And I, it's one of those things that when we start talking about, this is just one of the things that are bothering. Um, everybody pretty much needs to do a spike protein detox. I don't care if you got the vaccine or if you didn't, you need to get this stuff out of your body. Uh, I would recommend because it's still floating around in the air. People have it. They're passing around. This is one of those things that I would start doing on a regular, if not all the time style basis, um, making sure these spike proteins are off. Um, if you get the vaccine, you're going to have to do it for like forever now, um because of the way that it alters your DNA and how you're producing your own spike proteins and that whole jazz. So. continually flush these things out. Um, and if you guys have questions, I can walk you through it. The.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:01:35] The other big thing is that, you know, yeah. And we talk about how we've got a parasitic load that, you know everybody's got the parasite thing. We got to clear that out. Um, And you know the other day when we were talking about diets to help you lose weight and anti-aging, and I spent pretty much the entire time talking about how getting the processed foods out is so important. And afterwards we were like, Oh, you didn't talk about hormones. You didn't tell about this. You didn' Talk about that. At the end of the day, if you get all of the toxins out, you don't have to worry that much about hormones, your hormones will reset themselves. Um, the reason we are so sick in this country is because of the stuff that we're putting in our bodies that should not be there. Um, all of process foods, all the poisons it's in that, like you have to understand if you look around at people and you're like, wow, you are super duper fat, like how did we as a society get so fat? And you look at what we're eating and you're like, oh, it's the calories. And everybody knows how much I hate that statement about calories don't exist. They're not the reason you're fat. They are not the reasons you're sick. We don't use calories for energy. And if we don't understand that, that's why we're lost. That's why people don't understand why we are so sick. That is why people don't know we are fat. Because it's the calories and it's not at all. It's 100% the chemistry. Because there's a lot of people who aren't eating that many calories and they're massively obese. There's a lot of people who are eating the same calories as people 50, 60 years ago, and 50, six years ago they weren't obese, but now they're gigantically obese. Again, it's not the calories. It's the chemistry. Like, I don't know if you know this, but they like literally, like, I need you to understand this, because I tell these people and they go, Oh, okay.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:03:11] And I it doesn't compute because they're like people wouldn't do that. Yes, people are poisoning you on purpose. They have chemists at the food companies, their entire job is to make the food addictive. Not better, not tastier addictive because what they've found is that if it's addictive, you'll eat more right and they do that with different chemicals They they specifically target neuro receptors in the brain that make things addictive They hyper excite things with msg and stuff like that. These natural artificial flavors are a hundred percent Not necessarily for flavor therefore addiction. They don't care if it tastes good. They care if you eat it That's the thing And if you eat one, that's good. If you eat five, that better because you run out faster and you buy more. That's the reason for the addiction. Those chemicals are toxic. They're causing all sorts of problems in your body. Metabolically, they're making you sick. They produce a ton of inflammation, which is again, inflammation is when chemistry goes awry. So when your body doesn't have the chemicals it needs and it has to make do with what it has, it doesn't work right. And so it produces some of what it wanted and a whole lot of waste. that wastes the inflammation, which is one of the reasons why when people go on really strict, really clean diets, you see this with veganism. If it's actually clean, most veganism is not if it's actually clean from whole foods and that type of thing. Or you see the paleo diet. You see the keto diet keto diets a little bit different, but you see all these diets, carnivore. And I talk about this all the time. It's like one of big things people are missing when they go on these diets isn't that those guys are so great. It's that they have so little toxin in them.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:43] And the reason people lose that first five to 20 pounds, the first 10 days to three weeks is because you're literally just losing all the inflammation that your body was creating because it had to deal with all these toxins. This is a big, big deal. So that's one of the big things that we've got to start flushing out. So when you change your diet, if you do it properly, if you a detox, a parasitic detox, liver detox, whatever it is, what you're actually doing is you're feeding the organs, the proper chemistry they need to then expel the industry they don't want. That's how you're doing it. And so if he starts to look at, oh my gosh, all of the toxins that are in your food, all the different dyes, all the different stuff, just grab your food and look at the box and it was, it says art if it doesn't name the thing, it's most likely manmade or processed. So the artificial colors, artificial flavors, art, you know, natural colors, natural flavors, like everybody knows how bad those are. If you're using beats for their color, you'll be like beats for color. like, or tumor it for color or whatever. Like, and those, those are still kind of sometimes great, sometimes not so great. So that's a little hard. I forget that one, but there's a lot of these things that you're looking at and you read it and you're like, Oh, I don't know what that is. When people put cyano cabalamine in things, I know a lot of people are telling you that that cyanide is toxic to kill you. I'm not going to go that far, but I'm going to tell you that you don't want cyano-cabalamine. You want methyl of all, I mean, like it's like. Nobody's like, well, for my body, I need cyanocobalamin. No, your body turns cyanocabalamin into methylcobalamine if you don't have, uh, methylation pathway issues and you're not stressed out.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:06:19] So if you're drinking an energy drink and it has cyanocombalamine in it, it's not turning to methylcabalamine. It's just really not in any number of function that you want. So, because you're going to stretch your system out with the energy drink. And so it's not really going to be able to convert over as well. So just take your methylated B vitamins to be much better off. This is one of those big core things. Like when we start walking through stuff and we start changing people's diets, we start supplementing, this is the key thing. Again, health is good chemicals in, bad chemicals out. We got to get the bad chemicals outta the body and the best way to get them out is to not put them in. And so that's one of the big things that you've gotta look at when you're looking at your diet is getting these things out, getting these toxins out. Now, we have a lot of issues that we don't really always associate with diet. It's not just diet, it's sleep. It's the stress level you carry around. And when we talk about the stress level you're carrying around, you can have high stress if you mitigate it, if you offset it, if you meditate, if you exercise, if watch your supplementation, if you sleep, sleep's a giant part of your health and your obesity. And this is the thing people don't understand. This is why obesity is so hard. I'm gonna go into that next weekend, next week. But obesity is hard because it's not the calories you eat, it' the chemicals you consume. And it's the chemicals effect on you. And so if you have now I have insomnia, you're going to have issues. Like I said, we're going go all that later. Um, so this is a big piece. And so when we start looking at what RFK is doing, we were like, Oh, I don't know why he started all the things he's trying to remove all the toxic trash that is making this by research is making us fat and unhealthy. So that's where a lot of this stuff is. That's why I talk about, you know, getting off all this stuff and getting healthy. A lot of the stuff that you guys think is just, you know, it was mental disorders is a great one. Anxiety, bipolar, depression, uh, schizophrenia, uh.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:08:14] The vast majority of them have a significant route and metabolic function. And, you, we've talked about this for a long time, you know, getting rid of depression with testosterone. Well, guess what that is. That's changing your metabolic state. That's change your metabolic function, you know, people do breathing exercises. Why? Cause we're bringing in a lot more oxygen. your body. in your brain runs on oxygen. When I talk about sleep apnea and when you get rid of people's sleep apnea, and all of a sudden their depression goes away and they lose weight, guess why? Oxygen is a big piece of your metabolic function. We talk about sleeping apnea creating arterial plucking because it causes reactive oxidative stress from the metabolic function, your metabolic function screws up, it creates bad chemistry, that bad chemistry then damages things in the body and we have dysfunction. There you go, that's how this all happens. And so when we talk about diet, we talk like getting these processed foods out, it's not a, hey, it's a good idea if you wanna lose weight. It's critical if you want to lose weight, it's critical, if you don't wanna have mental issues, it's critically, you wanna have a high quality of life. It's critically if you live a long time, this is massively important. And so, when we start talking about these things, if it's one of those things you can do on your own, I 100% want you go through your pantry today and get rid of all of the stuff that has chemical names in it. If you don' know what it is, Google it, look it up. And get rid of it. If it's, you know, if it's a seed oil, if it's it's manufactured, if it's manmade, you know, those types of things, get rid of them and seed oils are all manmade. That's, that's where the vast majority of them, and that's what's where the massive, the vast majority of the problems are. Uh, there's a bunch of other things I could go into later. We should, but Those are the things. If you want to get healthy, do that. If you need somebody to walk you through it, hire somebody.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:09:57] Someone who knows the metabolic function not has been trained in nutrition from a calorie standpoint because there's a lot of crap out there that people are eating that is still toxic, even though it's low calorie. In fact, one of the biggest things people do to go low calories to cut the fat, your body desperately needs fat. Low fat is always the worst diet you can get onto. 100% of the time. because your body, your cholesterol, your cholesterol is super important for your brain, for your heart, for your hormone system. So the entire communication system of your body is based on cholesterol. Testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, cortisol, all D3, all built with cholesterol. So if you don't have the right levels of cholesterol, if you're not healthy cholesterol, you're going to be sick. It's not that you have, LDL cholesterol exists in your body. It's that damaged LDL Cholesterol exists in you body. That's the problem. It's never been the LDL. It's what has happened to the LDl that creates the problem, which is why you see in the studies like the UCLA study in 2009, they showed that 75% of the people, the 75% of the 136,000 people who were in the study, they were in the hospital for a heart attack, 75% had good cholesterol levels because it's not about the cholesterol. It's about what's happened to it. You're like, well, what are people ate that we see a lot of heart attacks with? It's meat. No, it's process meat. It's salami, it's pepperoni, it things like that. The processed meat, the deli meats, those are terrible for you. There are a lot better than some of the, like the, the, the Doritos and crap like that, but those things are what's actually creating the problem. So, you know, as we go through this, you got to get that stuff out of your diet. You need help with it. Get somebody to help you get somebody to help you find, you know, and a lot of, I talk about this all the time.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:11:40] A lot of what I do is help people make the best of the two bad decisions. Like, look, I really want pizza. Okay, look. This one's 95% better than that one is do this one. Great. You know, or, Hey, I want ice cream. This one for you is 70% better then the other one. So go, go do this. Fantastic. Because the other side of this, and this is where, you know, you've got to kind of do that, that judgment call thing, according to your goals is you can strip all that stuff out of your diet and out of your world, but at the end of the day, if it doesn't make your world better and you don't really get excited about living your life, why would you make that change? So we've got to add the things in that we enjoy, but we've got to mitigate the damage from them. So that's kind of what we do, but that's what everybody needs to start doing for their entire health.
