Dr Chalmers Path to Pro - Making Kids Taller

Dr Chalmers Path to Pro - Making Kids Taller

Is it really possible to help kids grow taller? With the right support like good sleep, a healthy diet, and sometimes gentle use of growth hormone peptides it can be. The approach involves understanding a child’s genetics and timing, which can make a big difference, especially for boys who might benefit socially and emotionally from added height.

It also highlights how things like posture, chiropractic care, and avoiding processed foods play a role in healthy development. It’s not about quick fixes, but about creating the best environment for natural growth to happen safely and effectively.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:04] So I got to ask, so I can ask the other day if, uh, we could make kids taller. Yes, you can. It's yeah, you can. Um, we've done it before. Uh, it's one of those things that you kind of have to look at. It's not, if you do it right, it'd be pretty safe. Um, it. You can easily do it and keep it, keep kids safe and help them grow. The issue you run into is you've really got to start looking at. Functionality, especially for some of these boys, if they're going to be five, seven, five, eight, and you can make them six feet tall, you know, over the course of their growth, would you want to do it? Um, I would do it for my kids. I know what it is. My kids are probably not going to need it. They're supposed to be six, four and six, six or six, two and six four. So they're not really going to. But, uh, specifically for the boys out there who are going to be men, I will definitely want to work on, uh bringing their height up. You know, closer to that six foot, six one range, the, um, the, the if you look at all of the data from all of the dating, from all of the, you know, psychological function, from all the stuff, having, you know, the taller a man is, you know, within that five, 10 to six, two range, uh, the more dominant they are, the higher the, the offerings for, uh mates are there's a lot of benefits in being taller as a male. There's a decent amount of benefit for females, but it's substantially more beneficial for men to be taller than everybody else around them.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:01:46] You know, you look at some of these absurd, you know, videos on, you know what these women wanting and the vast majority of them want somebody who's six feet tall or taller, even though that's like 1% of the population. So if that's the bar, if that the threshold a lot men are being judged by. I would lean into that, um, and hope these kids grow, uh, as you can. We use, uh there's a variety of different growth hormone peptides that you can use for this, or just use, a synthetic growth hormone. I would recommend that you use, Uh, growth, growth hormone that, uh is derived from your own body. So I would use some of the sicker cogs that, uh, the body uses to produce your own growth hormone, uh that would be, that would my recommendation. Uh, the thing that you have to recognize about this is that this isn't, is the same thing as with a lot of the androgens and all of the anabolic and stuff like that. When you're adding these things in, you have to understand the entire compliment of the chemistry that's going on around it. Um, so to do this properly, safely, and make everything function the way you want it to, um, you first, you have to actually, you have to look at where the growth plates are. You want to look at the parents and be like, okay, your parents are both X tall. Uncles, Nance or X tall, they got their growth spurts at XYZ to kind of factor in when all these things are going to happen so that you can make sure that you're not going to try to do something that nature was going to do anyway. So for instance, if you have a kid who's five, six, and his parents are six, his dad's six, two, and as mom's five 10, and both of the parents got their gross first in college, probably want to wait on that one.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:03:24] Um, but if you've got parents who are the dad's five eight and the mom's 52 and nobody in their family is over five eight. And the kids are five, three, and they're 14, 15 years old, it'd be easy to bump those guys up. Um, when you're doing this, you've got to focus on all of the things for health to make this work right. So sleep is going to be your, obviously your biggest one. When do you kids grow? When does everybody grow when they're asleep? So we've got a really dial in the sleep. That's a whole process that we walk people through of how to get that in. A lot of times these kids, you know, they've got, they got to play along. There's a hardest thing about getting anybody to do like you can take, you can make people lose fat. You can do, you know, gain muscle. You can pretty much anything you want to with people as long as they are willing participant. Uh, and the problem with kids is that you get a 14, 15 year old kid and you know they'll be real, real down for the program for a couple of weeks and then maybe not. So you've got to really kind of dial that in and make sure that they're going to stay on the program, but sleep is going to be your big one. So, and that's a big piece of. You know, when is their wake time? When is their bedtime? Like do they wake up in the middle of the night? Like have we checked glucose function throughout the night to make sure that everything's where it's supposed to be. Um, and get that set. The other thing is their diet has to be really clean. Remember, we have to build this tissue that they're going to have that makes them taller out of something. If you give them highly processed foods, we're going end up with really big issues. Um. You would talk about this a lot. You're going have really big issue for eating processed food regardless, but if you're trying to then grow yourself taller and grow yourself.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:58] You know, even, you know, just add muscle and you're packing on processed foods. It's going to create wildly, uh, problematic issues down the road. Um, you're looking at, you. Diabetes and dementia, and you were looking at massive, you know, fat gain and you are looking at. You know all sorts of other endocrine issues you're looking at all sorts problems with, uh. With overall health, if you don't get that, the processed foods that get the nutrition where it's supposed to be. Like I said, you got to build the body out of something. So, you know, making sure that all of the nutrients are there for the person to grow with is wildly important. Uh, before you start adding any of the peptides that are going to increase the growth hormone and cause the growth to happen. Um, and then I usually like to make sure that people are going through, uh, and one of the big things is that no matter where you are, you're going to need to go in and get chiropractic adjustments. Um. If these joints get out of position, you now, or the muscular tongue gets out, you're gonna end up with plantar fasciitis, scoliosis, you're going to end up with carpal tunnel issues. You're going up with shoulder issues, neck issues. So getting these kids adjusted and getting them the musculature tone where it's supposed to be is really important. And you do that with some pretty simple exercises, but once those things are all put together properly and you start adding in the peptides, uh, you start to see it work pretty well. We had a 17 year old who, um, we grew, I want to say between half and three quarters of an inch and about four and a half, five months. Um,.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:06:28] So that worked really, really well. Uh, it was one of those, we looked at his growth plates. They were pretty closed. They weren't, they were still open, but they were closing. Uh. We looked at this family members, family members had all hit their height. By the time they were 17, 18, 19 years old. Um. And he was, I think he was shorter than he wanted to be. Um and he did a great job. And so now he, you know, he gained that, that height. But it's not just height, it's everything has to grow, right? Your heart has to be able to, has to able to work for this whole body. You guys, your, your wingspan out. So if you just grow taller, but you've got short arms, it is not going to be beneficial. So growing everything all at once is a big part of this. Now, the great thing is that the body knows how to do this. We're not asking, we're not forcing it to do anything. It doesn't know how to. We're saying, Hey, here's some more of your own natural growth hormone. What do you do with growth hormone? But he goes, we grow fantastic. Make sure you do some of that. Um, and so that's kind of how you do it, maintaining that function for each individual person can sometimes be a pain, but you know, we've been, it's been a great thing we've done so far. So if your kids are shorter than you, we, then they should be, or you want them to be, or will be beneficial for them in society and later in life, then that would be something that I would definitely look at doing. Um, we do so many things as parents to make sure that our kids have, you know, successful, beneficial lives. This would be one of those things I would definitely look at. Um, I keep seeing these athletes that are, you know, 10, 12, 13 years old.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:08:00] And because of. Chemical toxins in the foods and you know the damage they've had from vaccines and everything else that is, is pushing back against these kids these days, um, they're not growing properly and that would be one of the things that you can fix that and you can still stay. I would tell you, you can still stay mostly in the idea. You know, they're doing it naturally and healthy and the reason I say that is because you're using their own growth hormone to make them grow taller. Um, you know, this is, it's an easy part of endocrinology that we just don't talk about very much. Um, but this is one of those things that is not only beneficial for the person from a social structure standpoint, from a, you, finding, you. Mates or relationship function. Um, it just so much easier. And if you're wondering about it, just go Google. Just go, just start, start looking at, like, if you have a boy and you're like, Oh, this might, this kid might be five, seven, five, eight, it's tallest, go, go look up, you know, start doing some research on what it's like to be a five, seven, 5, 8, you know, man, um, as far as how easy is it to find dates and stuff like that. You run through all of these women and all of these, you know, it pops up online all the time. People ask me about all the time, you know, these women who are sixes like solid sixes. And like they demand six feet or taller. And you're like, it's 1% of the population. Like you have not earned that. Um, but that's where everybody is at. And so if you can take your kids and be like, Oh, all right.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:09:32] Society is going to give them, you know, easier mating choices, you know, more, you have prestige, you higher chances of, you know, political and corporate aspirations. If they were taller, then I would definitely look at that. Um, doing it slowly and doing it safely would be one of the big pieces. Um, but you can do it with peptides and it's not, it's not super difficult for the kid. Um, as long as everybody's kind of on board with making sure that they're where they're supposed to be. Uh, there's a variety of different peptides you can use. Depends on the kid, depends on what you're trying to do. Uh, depends upon how much growth you're trying to get and how you're. Trying to activate it. Um, a couple of little factors, uh, some more line, if I'm more on CJ, uh CJC, there there's, uh there's a variety of them. Dosage is going to depend upon the person and what their metabolic function can handle But it's a hundred percent not only thing that is possible.

Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:10:28] It's something that we've done so if you guys have kids who you're wanting to Be taller for whatever reason girls or boys I would look into it because it's It would definitely be one of those things that if you're trying to prepare your kid the best that you can for life And you know, you can instill in them good math skills, good reading skills. That's been fantastic. You know, good communication skills. It's amazing. Um, but one of the things that we do every single day is we assess people by looking at them. So, you know, if that's one of those things that you guys are looking to do, I would not only tell you it's possible, but I tell you that it's, if you do it properly, it's safe and it's not super difficult, but it is, I would tell you worth it.
