Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:04] I saw a thing clip today. I believe it's McCollough came out and said that there's evidence that Covid in and of itself is a bioweapon because the protein has been shown to cause cancer and clotting factor issues and autoimmune issues. And he said that the fact that one protein would be able to do all of these things. You know, it means that it was designed as a bioweapon, which I have said for a while now. When you make a virus in a lab that doesn't respond to any of the normal natural viral antivirals. You made it for one reason, and that's a bioweapon. Now, the idea that people would make a bioweapon for use in war is not weird because we do it all the time. Like there's lots of but we have lots of bioweapons. We've used biological weapons for a while. A lot of them are natural. We've actually been using biological warfare for a long time. They actually used to do with the trebuchet is because they get old dead, bloated pigs and cows. This is back in the medieval times. And they would launch them over the castle walls. And then when they hit the ground, they'd explode and these dead fist festering rotting animals would throw basically biological, you know, nasty out into the whole city. And it would end up killing people from basically, you know, biological goo. So we've been doing it a long time.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:01:36] So it's not like it's a new thing that people are just coming into. But we've decided to start building them in labs. So it's not this is not, like I said, the first one we've ever seen, and this is not an abnormal thing. So the idea that Covid was built in a lab while our government lied as much as they cared about that fact finally came out that it was built in the lab and that fortune the United States government paid for it, directed it and helped design it and put in put it into it. Rand Paul pretty much proved that you can go back and watch all those things. It was it was the most hilarious thing. Rand Paul pull up emails and be like, Thank you, Dr. Fauci, for the funding for the gain of function research. And he was like, What do you say about that? And you'd be like, That's not what it says. He was like, That's what it says in black and white. He's like that. They they didn't know what they were talking about. You don't know what you're talking about. So it was it was the most absurd thing in the world. Yeah,.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:02:34] Covid was designed as a bioweapon. Now, the thing is, is that I think that he was talking more about the vaccine, which is the super hyper concentrated version. However, it's the same spike protein that's in the vaccine, that's in the one that everybody was breathing in. Now, the problem we get into is what what do we do from here? And so, you know, people are talking about long Covid for a while. That was another one hour long. Covid doesn't exist. It's not a real thing. And then you were like, well, maybe it's a thing. And now they're like, Yeah, it's a thing. But not a lot of people have it. Everybody has it. I have it. You have it. Everybody. Your kids have it. Everybody has some type of long Covid right now. How much it's affecting you? That's that's the that's the determining factor. Now, here's the deal. Covid affects what's called the Ross system, the SS and the renin angiotensin aldosterone system. That system affects the heart, the brain, the lungs and the kidneys, which is typically where we see all these issues. Now, for those of you who are not medically trained, a lot of heart issues and kidney issues are tied directly together. So like when you have heart failure, lots of times we use kidneys to deal with that pressure.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:03:52] So, for instance, congestive heart failure starts kind of becoming a problem. We give diuretics, we give things for the for the kidneys to dump fluid, to take the pressure off the heart. The kidneys are directly related to blood pressure, and blood pressure is directly related to heart function. So all these systems are very much tied together. Now, here's the thing. Covid was never a respiratory. Covid was vascular, which means it's your blood vessels. So think of it this way. This is why I explain this way. Explain to people how easy it was to figure out it was vascular. You have a car. Plenty of fuel in the gas tank. Nans getting to the engine. Where do you look? Fuel line. Same exact thing. Now, there were people who had actual pneumonia with Covid. So I'm talking about the just people who had Covid and lots of people had Covid. You can kind of remember this. You were tired, you were fatigued, you were coughing, but you could breathe like you'd inhale, exhale. Like that was fine. You could breathe just fine. Now, for those of you who actually got treated properly, the pulse ox, which is the amount of oxygen that's in your tissues, was low. Like when I had it. My pulse ox was was 89, 88, 90 right in there the whole time.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:05:05] So what we have to understand is slow, which you have to understand is that when that when the oxygen levels drop, everything in your body is affected, especially your heart and your brain, because those two things radically need oxygen. Like it's the number one thing they have to have. So when you restrict oxygen function to the body, to the entire body, your heart, your brain, everything, the biggest hits all the time. So whichever recognizes that, we're going to see a lot more neurodegeneration. What is that? That's dementia. That's Alzheimer's, that's having trouble remembering things. As you read depression issues, that's going to be, you know, anything that you think of as a mental thing, that's going to be what we're going to start to see as these oxygen issues get worse and worse. And then in the heart, you're going to see, you know, fatigue of the heart. You're going to see heart failure, you're going to see arterial blacking. So the amount of cholesterol you have in your body has no bearing on cardiovascular health. This is a really big, important thing that's recognized is that at night I cite this study all the time.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:06:05] You know, you see a medical did a study in 2009 and you can Google this and, you know, 2009 UCLA med cholesterol should pull it up anyway. What they showed was that they looked at 136,000 people who were in the hospital because they had a heart attack and they drew all their all their blood. And over 75% of them had good or normal cholesterol levels. So what that shows us is that the amount of cholesterol has nothing to do with cardiovascular events, heart attacks and strokes and blocking, which we've known for quite a while. It's actually caused by what's called lipid peroxidation. So damage to the actual LDL cholesterol at the source of generation. So when your body makes it, that's a big thing. So what is going to that's going to do is hypoxia or low oxygen radically increases lipid peroxidation because oxygen is actually what fixes lipid peroxidation. So what you're going to have seeing is you can see a lot more plaque and going see a lot more heart attacks. You're you see a lot more strokes. You're going to see all of these things. Now, this is not something that happens today or tomorrow. This happens over a period of time. And so since, you know, I've been telling people at work we're going to start seeing really big issues with fatigue, heart attacks, strokes, cancers, things like this in the next couple of years.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:07:18] So call it in the 25 and the 26, we seven As we start going those next 3 or 4 years, we're going to start seeing these a lot more. Now, how much we're going to talk about them, I don't know because a lot of things can happen is that the news doesn't talk about it. You don't know about it. So, like, look at child trafficking, right? Because it's been a thing for a long time. But we just started talking about it and we look back into the 80s and 90s and 2000 and we're like, my gosh, this is a giant issue. And nobody said anything. Yeah, it's because you don't know about it. Nobody tells you. So you know what? These are going to be things you're going to start to see when we start looking at the vaccine injuries, the Covid vaccine, issues like know. I had people call me all the times like, hey, I had I had a mammogram, you know, six months ago and I was clean and I just got diagnosed with stage four breast cancer. That was not one person. I've heard that a dozen times. And that's just people who are calling me. So it's a big, big, big deal. The way we push back against this is we open up blood vessel function.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:08:17] So you're going to look at. Okay, Nice. We're going to look in a C for for cleaning everything you're going to have start exercising. You're going to get really, really clean on your food. The processed foods accelerate this issue so you're going to get really, really, really healthy on all your stuff. Lots of methyl B vitamins. Get your testosterone levels up. Testosterone helps increase oxygenation. So one of the things that we always see and one of things you have to worry about with testosterone is your hemoglobin hematocrit levels or your H and H. If your HGH gets too high, it causes pressure on the blood vessels. So we always look at that. But what we see in a lot of people is that the hemoglobin macro levels do come up well. Those two levels basically show us how much how well your body can carry oxygen. So testosterone increases oxygenation to your tissue. Really important. So if your testosterone levels aren't where they need to be, you got to get those up. Remember, testosterone is not a drug. Testosterone is a natural thing that's in your body and your body requires it to function. Don't let your doctors don't let George W Bush, who started this whole anti testosterone thing, don't let those guys convince you that it's it's it's a bad thing for you. High levels of testosterone actually eat plaque out of the arteries.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:09:28] There's research that shows that. So monitor it you know deal with the side effects the way you're supposed to. Give us some who actually knows what they're doing with this astronaut. But you got to get that one up to, you know, omega three fatty acids, help with help push back against lipid peroxidation. They also help to feed the brain. Get your sleep studies if you guys are not sleeping, if you're not breathing properly at night, that's going to be a massive issue. If you guys got the Covid vaccine, you 100% need to get a sleep study. What we're seeing was sad sudden adult death syndrome. Same thing with SIDs, is that the the inflammatory front function from the vaccine damages a part of the brain called the Pons. The Pons is responsible for autonomic respiration. What that means is that it's the reason that you still breathe while you're asleep. Now, here's the problem. If you damage that center and you get apnea and you stop breathing, well, guess what? You die. And who are? I wonder what all these people are dying from? They just go to bed and they wake up dead like I must be a heart attack. Nope. We can see heart attack postmortem. So if you have a heart attack and die from it, will know stroke. Same thing we can tell.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:10:34] So what ends up happening is and a lot of times people don't talk about you don't have a heart attack in your sleep and die. You have a heart attack and it wakes your ass up. Like you'll wake up and screaming and then die. So if you're, you know, these people who are sleeping next to the husbands and wives, like, I don't know, they just didn't wake up. That's not a heart attack. So, again, we can see it afterwards. People are waking up with them. If you just go to sleep and don't wake up lots of times, that's from sad. That's from your body. Apnea not breathing enough at night. Hypoxia. So get your sleep studies done. Make sure you're breathing properly at night. You know, there's there's a lot of things that we can do to walk this back, you know, But you're we're all going to start actively working on our health. Now, there's a whole lot of conjecture as to why me would do this. And we can talk about that later. But, you know, it is it is now coming out more and more that Covid itself and thus the vaccines. It's actually the spike protein. So it's Covid, the vaccine, all of it are bioweapons.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:11:39] And this is one of those things that, like I said, I'm pretty sure I believe it. Peter McCall I don't want to quote that person. That's who was who came out was like, these are bioweapons. Like, he's like, I've never seen anything like this. No one has seen anything like this. No one has seen anything where that one thing causes all these issues. And the reason the way you cause all these issues is by causing hypoxia or low oxygen. And so get your pulse oxes, learn how to use them. Remember at the top numbers the amount of oxygen in your blood. The bottom number on the pulse ox is how hard your heart has to work to keep it there. So if you're like, my, my pulse ox is 98. I'm great. Not if your pulse is 100. If your pulse is 100 and your oxygen is 98, you're in a bad spot. If you want to be 97, I don't really love 97, 97 to 100 on the oxygenation and 60 to 70 on the on the beats per minute. That's for general blanket statement as more or less where you want to be if you're in the 80s, not great if you're in the 90s bad. So you got to get that looked at. Now there's other things. You can create a high heart rate.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:12:40] One of them is PTSD. That's what happened to me. So after I cleared mine with psychedelics, my heart rate dropped back down in the 60s to, you know, I was in the 90s for 20 years and then it brought it back down because your sympathetic nervous system controls that and psychedelics help calm down central nervous function or psych sympathetic nervous function. So if you guys are looking at these things and you're worried about your health right now, you know, you're worried about, you know, your health is going to, in the future, get a hold of us because we want to.com. Call the office, set up some times I can start walking you through these things. Now, here's the deal on that. There's a lot of stuff that's beneficial. However, we've still got to make it fit in your life. And so that's the big deal. It's not just, hey, here's here's how much this happens and testosterone, stuff like that. Go. Because that type of a change is going to be way too much for a lot of people.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:13:30] So you need to work with somebody who can plan this thing out and be like, here's all the things we've got to put in. Here's the most important things. We're going to fit these in first, and then here's how we're going to walk you in from. I don't work out at all. And I like I garbage and I don't submit at all. And I'm going to start building these things up so that I'm healthier. You need me to kind of walk you through that because what's going to happen every single time I've done this, every time you've been like, Hey, I was eating this and I got loose stools or, Hey, I got lightheaded or, Hey, this thing made me nauseous or whatever. So going back to me like, okay, if that happened, do this instead. Or if that happened, don't do that one. Do this one. Like those alterations to the plan are really, really important. So I wouldn't hack through this one all by yourself if you're trying to lose 5 pounds. Do whatever you want to. Like, it's not that big of a deal. Like it's not literally life and death. This is life and death. It's worse than that. It's quality of life. Because if you're alive, but you're miserable. Who cares? Why would you want to be alive and miserable? Like, increase your function, get better. Like, feel awesome.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:14:33] Like, that's one of those things that you can actually start to do. But the thing is, is that we're going to feel worse and worse and worse, more and more tired. We're going to feel like we're dragging, like our bodies are heavier, like we're dragging more iron weights around. We're just gonna be more like, I just need to get back to bed today. Sucks. Like, it's just like that feeling that people keep coming in and talking about. And then we pull all their stuff back together. You're going to start feeling more of that. So, you know, here's the thing. Your kids are, too. And a lot of the problems we have with our teenagers and young adults, 20 year olds, is that they just decide to push through it like they don't say much. They're just like, okay, I don't know these things. And then they end up having problems. So we've got to be diligent about washing our kiddos too. I think that the report was out like a million kids and every single one of the kids, every one of them that had any myocarditis, had also had the Covid vaccine. So like there's a lot of stuff going on with our kids and we can either put our head in the sand and be like, I'll just, you know, hope for the best. Or you can start pushing back against these things again.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:15:36] This is one of those things that if you don't get out ahead of it, you're going to have a really hard, really expensive, really rough road down the down the line. So get your nutrition squared away. Do not build. You do not build a metabolic system, which is a nutritional diet on calories. It's. It is not the way to do it. Every every single, every single macro you have corresponds to a hormone. If you don't understand that, you're going to be lost in this whole metabolic function issue. So it was me who knows what they're doing. Get your plan put together. Build it into your life incrementally. Increases that you guys get healthier and healthier. And that's the way it is. You have to push back against this Covid, this long Covid bioweapon stuff. So I don't know if any of this is going to make social media, because when you say Covid, they purposely, obviously bioweapon. You pulled off. The fact I put both of them together is going to be really, really bad.Â
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:16:28] So share this video with your friends. This is something we all need to start talking about a lot because whatever happened, you know, and you know, like it from the best functional case, we built a bioweapon to study it, to see, you know, how to deal with it, which, you know. Because you can isn't necessarily always the best reason to do something. But we did. And let's just say that it accidentally got out, right? Best function. Hey, look, we did something. Maybe we shouldn't have done it. It got out. Now we all look really silly, you know? But lying about it isn't going to help anything. We got to push back against it. So if you guys have any questions, drop in the comments. Email us. Questions at Chalmers Wall and Starcom. If you guys have noticed that you or your friends or anything have gotten issues going on. There's a warning to satcom, but start pushing back against this. This is something it's going to be for the rest of your life. You're like, well, how long to work on this? Spike protein doesn't seem to break down. So we're going to either figure out an antidote, which I hope we do said, or we're just going to push back against it as healthy as we can. So that's where it is. Try this your questions, and we'll talk later. Thanks for your time. Good day.Â
