Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:00:03] So today we're going to talk a little about coffee enemas. Anybody who's in my practice has heard about this over and over and over again. It's not a mandatory thing. Nothing I want to do, I recommend it is mandatory. My job is to give you guys options. Your job is to figure out how you want to play with those options. But the caffeine was one of my favorite things. It is the only thing I've ever seen that is both. That is the cheapest, the fastest, and the best option for something. Usually gets pick two of those three. The caffeine with those. Fantastic. So the whole purpose behind the coffee enema is to clean the liver. So the way that it does this is your colon is think of it like a two with a billion little holes. And outside those billion little holes are little vacuum cleaners. And that's called the hepatic portal system. And the whole job of the colon is to suck all the water out of your fecal matter, take it back to your liver, have your liver clean that water, push the waste back down, and push the water back into the system so you don't dehydrate and die when the river velvet. This is also why, diarrhea can kill you up the hydration. So what you do is you put this fluid in the bowel, gets sucked through the bowel, through the hepatic portal system, back to the liver, claims the liver. Now, the chemicals that you're using, are really specific. There's a whole lot you can use.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:01:20] Don't use anything hot. Those oregano oil don't use HCO. Like there's some very small rules, but there's. And so that's the whole process. Now, the cool thing is that we can use the, the oils from the coffee. We can use the other herbs and stuff we're using to kill parasites to, you know, loosen up congealed bile salts in the liver, which is a massive problem. You know, I always tell people that gallstones aren't really a thing. This is my ring. This is my hand. It's my ring in my hand. Sort of handling. Gallstones are actually liver stones that are in the gallbladder. If we don't recognize that, we don't recognize the gallbladder is a bag that just holds things, and the liver's putting goo in it just because the liver lost methylated B6 usually and the bowel sort of congealed. We don't realize the stuff in the gallbladder came from the liver. So if you got bad stuff in the gallbladder, you got bad stuff in the liver. We don't recognize that. We're kind of lost. So we use the the oils and the stuff to loosen up and, jam the liver of those congealed, all sorts of other stuff and flush it out so the liver can actually process and clean itself a little bit easier. So that's, that's that process. This is back to the whole thing of, you know, everyone's like, although, you know, I keep seeing, you know, online other doctors being like, you don't have to detox.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:02:34] That's absurd. You 100% have to detox the idea that your body is perfect and flawless all the time, and no chemicals and no bad food, no stress. And, you know, no genetic functions are ever going to happen to you is absurd. So yes, you have to help your body detox. You have to give it the chemicals that need to detox. So there's a bunch of different coffee enemas that you can do. There's no cannabis, there's wholesaling, and there's all sorts of stuff. But the base coffeemaker that we do that I recommend, is organic coffee that has no flavors, no sense, nothing like that. You know, make sure there's no mold in it. It's a it's a big piece. So finding a good coffee is sometimes difficult, but we help you guys do that. The first thing is you go into a bucket, or your bag or whatever it is. We use buckets because they they sit easy and they don't fall over. You can hold them up. You can do whatever you want with them. So use a bucket. And then we use a product from PRL called Believe In. Believe in helps dilate the common bile ducts and dilate all of them. Ducts in the liver. So it opens a lot of those pipes up just a little bit and allows some of the stuff that's kind of stuck to easier to get through. It also helps dilate the common bile duct, which is the one that goes from the liver to the gallbladder, from the gallbladder to the intestines. And so if there are any stones or anything in the gallbladder, we can kind of move those out a little bit easier. So you believe in potassium, which is a, which is a anti-parasitic that we usually use it to have a little bit more effect on the liver than it does on the intestine. But if we have any parasites in the liver, we want to make sure we kill those liver flukes, things like that. T.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:04:10] His is a great one for that one. And then we use peristalsis. These all three of these were from peril. Parasite helps kill the stuff in the lower intestine. And the vast majority of people like to have some type of parasitic infection. Because when we get stressed out, our body stops producing hydrochloric acid, and the hydrochloric acid is not really there to cut it, to digest your food instead of clean it. So that's why it's in the very front. So it kills viruses, bacteria, parasitic eggs, parasites, all sorts of stuff. That's what it's there for. So when you don't produce it enough, you start producing lactic acid, you start having heartburn and and stuff like that. But because the pH is too high. These are two of three and a half to five. So call it four. Lactic acid, butyric acid. And the scale is two, which is much stronger. We don't kill the pH. Pylori. You don't kill a lot of the bacteria. We don't kill a lot. Parasites, and so it makes it in the intestines. It causes all sorts of wreaks, all sorts of havoc. Kills your probiotics, increases yeast overgrowth, steals all your nutrients. There's all sorts of bad things. So clearing the parasites is a really big deal. And I have I had a patient come in the other day. He's usually super healthy. Everything's great. He travels a lot, and he comes in, he's like, you know, for the past, I don't know, 4 or 5 months. Because I just feel feeling off like I'm 80%. I don't know what it is. And so I tested and I was like, you got parasitic infection. He's like, all right. And so he goes, and does a coffee enema and texted me like 4 or 5 hours later, he's like, I just passed a five inch worm. And he was like, that's that's terribly hilarious. And so he's probably, you know, a dozen or 20 or so and they're that he'll flush out. He'll be fine. The other thing is that a lot of parasites are very small.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:05:55] You can't see them, or they're, they're dark brown. And so as they come out, you can't see them for camouflage. But that is one of the big things. If we don't have a parasitic infections, quitting the liver, cleaning the hepatic coral system, cleaning the colon is a really good idea. So I do three of these a week. For two reasons. 300 and honest one. The liver. I'm a big, big liver guy. I am it's super important to keep that liver clean. Everybody talks about you gotta get the inflammation out of your gut. What do you think? It's the inflammation on your gut. It's your liver. The blood goes through your gut, the blood, and go back to the liver. The liver cleans your blood in your left. And then that's how everything is clean. So liver cleans blood lymph, blood, lymph go through the entire body and pick up all the trash in the entire body from back to the liver. The liver pulls the trash out. And that's the way the system works. So the cleaner deliver, the cleaner the blood in the left, the cleaner the blood in the left, the cleaner, everything else in the body. So when we talk about acting, we talk about fine lines and wrinkles. We talk about skin issues, all that other stuff. We see massive benefit from doing coffee animals. So it's really important to keep the liver clean for everything about your body. So that's a big one for me. I have a of stress. I, you know, there's less stuff going on. And so I want to make sure that I do my very best to keep my liver as clean as possible. The other thing is, is that the only time that I have to watch TV is when I'm doing my animals. So that's all the TV I watch. So yeah. Lots of liver health by TBN. That's kind of how how that one works out. So this is the big piece.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:07:25] The other thing that we use is something I created called Tomorrow Effects now Tomorrow effects. I originally designed, to fight, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a liver tissue. The reason I say that is because, one of the things we see is your liver can't process things as well, and all that waste backs up in your tissues. You get sore very easily. There's a whole big neurologic pathway of, you know, how the pain, you know, decreases the body's ability to fight off secondary problems. The inflammation caused all sorts problems. And so you're always sore. So think of it like this. You know, if you don't if you've never had pharmaceuticals, if you haven't, if you've ever worked out really hard like you did a really hard leg day and the next day you can barely walk because your legs are so sore. But, you know, I, I'm sorry because I worked out real hard. It's very similar. You know, fibromyalgia, their chest hurts, their shoulders hurt, their knees hurt. Their legs hurt really bad. They just don't know why. And they're like, I don't know what I did. I just woke up this morning and that hurt robot. And because it hurts and because the body's fighting so much inflammation, they're tired a lot. So that's where a lot of that stuff comes from. So you clean the liver, got to clean the got to clean the liver, clean the kidneys. And fibromyalgia really, really starts coming back. The funny thing is, is that this cleans liver really well. Not everybody is from out. However, a lot of people drink, and this week the scene completely blocks hangovers. Like go to Vegas, blackout drunk, wake up the next morning with no hangover type stuff. So this was really fun. We we people use this a lot more for the, anti hangover effects than they do for cleaning the liver. I take a bunch of this every day just because the more anti-inflammatories we have, the clean the liver, the better it is. So I work out real hard.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:09:10] You know, I, I live a pretty, pretty fast pace. Pretty stressful, pretty high. I go high speed live, and I don't hurt anywhere pretty much that much, very often. Ever. So, that's how this one works. So this is one of those things. It's always funny because, you know, we I had our, our alcohol last night where we get everybody our community together and we kind chat, we kind of talk about, you know, what's going on. Problems. This is not the other thing. You know, exchange recipes, exchange ideas. And, we were talking about it, and one of the guys get on who was like, have you guys done this? And like 70% of people are like, yeah, you just gotta get used to it. And afterwards you feel a lot better, and it's pretty awesome. He was just like that, I don't know, it's me. It's been rough. He rough going into it. And, you know, as we were getting into it, they start doing this or feeling that answer right thing. But that's the whole point of the alcohols. When we started this, I was the first one we've done. I realized that a lot of people need a bigger sense of community. And there's going to be ways that Rachel can explain something better than I can to somebody else. You know, to to explain it to to Susan better than than I can because they just say it a different way, or they're like, this is how I do it. This is how it affects my life.
Dr. Matt Chalmers [00:10:24] This is the way I fit into my my busy schedule. You know, because we all have different experiences. And so that's why we set those things up. Because the goal is to get people better. So you increase the quality of life that's to push us forward and make us just again and increase the quality of life. And I like this law cause I like the idea of them because we build a community. You guys should be able to help each other as much or more than I'm. It would help everybody. Yeah. So there's lots and lots and lots of reasons for that. But so, if you guys are looking for a community of health guys, you know, drop it in the comments. Hit us citizen email. Give us a call in the office. And we'll chat about getting you guys into some of those all calls. Because it's pretty it's pretty fun, pretty beneficial.
