Dr. Matt Chalmers

Dr. Matt Chalmers has been a chiropractor in the Frisco area for nearly 10 years now. Dr. Chalmers is quickly approaching his 700th patient treated with herniated discs and holds a success rate in the upper 80% of patients not needing surgery. He holds certifications in Clinical Chiropractic Neurology, “CCCN”, as a Chiropractic Sports Practitioner, ”CCSP”, Spinal decompression, and teaches regularly on these subjects. Dr. Chalmers was featured in the book “How the Chiropractor Saved My Life” By Dr. Deborah Bain MD. He has been voted Best in Collin County and holds multiple awards for treatment.

Dr. Matt Chalmers received his degree of Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker Chiropractic College here in Dallas. Shortly after graduation he started postgraduate work in the field of Neurology and is now a Certified Clinical Chiropractic Neurologist. Dr. Chalmers also received certification in Spinal Decompression, for the management of disc pain, making him one of only a handful of doctors in the Dallas Metroplex to have such a certification. Dr. Chalmers has been an athlete all his life and really enjoys working with athletes and their families. Dr. Bethany Meyer

Dr. Bethany Meyer loves being a chiropractor and has always had a passion for learning about the human body. She has almost 20 years of experience in the Healthcare field in some capacity. She enjoys educating her patients and is constantly seeking new ways to help them alleviate their pain and stay healthy. She loves meeting people of all ages and walks in life and can’t wait to hear their stories. Every patient’s story is a new learning opportunity for Dr. Bethany and she loves finding the small things in life humorous and fun. Her patients say that they enjoy her positive, upbeat, and caring personality.

Dr. Bethany grew up in Minnesota. She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology at Minnesota State University – Mankato and her Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. In addition, she received formal training as a massage therapist at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN and subsequently worked as a massage therapist before pursuing her Chiropractic education. She has additional training in the techniques of Diversified, Activator, extremities, and Graston.

When she is not treating patients, Dr. Bethany enjoys crafts, board games, going for walks, camping, and spending time with her family and friends, which include two cats.

Rick Boyd, L.M.T.

Rick was born in Dallas and grew up in Plano. After attending Southwest Texas State he went into the financial services industry. Rick spent 15 years as an equity trader, investment consultant and Branch Manager. Moving in another direction, he decided to become self employed and attain a massage therapy license to work in a different way with a different purpose. Rick has spent the last 5 years working in sports medicine clinics alongside chiropractors helping patients achieve physical wellness and balance. When not at the clinic, He runs his own practice down in the Turtle Creek area for the past l4 years. There he mainly performs deep tissue, therapeutic work and Reiki energy work.
